First Line Fridays (Week 79): In Too Deep

Happy Friday!

Welcome to First Line Friday's hosted by Hoarding Books.

Today's book is:  In Too Deep by Lynn H. Blackburn

In Too Deep
First Line:
"The shrill ping of his cell phone earned white-collar crimes investigator
Adam Campbell a vicious glare from his aunt Margaret."

This is another book that released earlier this month that I couldn't wait to read. After reading the first book in the series I was anxious for book 2. The wait was worth it though, I just recently finished it and enjoyed it. My review will be coming soon.

Now it's your turn!
Let me know your first line in the comments and then head over
to Hoarding Books to see who else is participating!

“I don’t think anyone observed me sneak out the backdoor.”

Hope you have an excellent weekend! 📚💜

  4. Happy Friday! On my blog this week I shared the first line of Searching for You by Jody Hedlund but it's also my current read so I'll share the first line from my current chapter (8) here: " Sophie stretched and yawned, relishing the scent of bacon and coffee and something sweet." I'm good for the bacon but I have to admit I don't like coffee OR the smell of it (yes, I know I'm the odd-ball lol). Hope you have a great weekend!
