First Line Friday - Week 21

Happy Friday!!!

This week I am currently reading a new to me author. I heard about this book through a fellow Friday Line Friday blogger, Moments Dipped in Ink. Since she shared the first line from the first chapter, I am going to share the first line from the chapter I am currently on.

Today's book is: One More Song to Sing by Lindsay Harrel

One More Song to Sing

Chapter 6
"Today was a new day. Tonight, a new night."

  1. I've been wanting to read this book for a while. My TBR pile never ends!

I'm featuring the first line from Melissa Tagg's "All This Time" on my blog this week. I can't believe the Walker Family series is finished! 😭 But here, I'm going to share the first line from Chapter 1 of Toni Shiloh's new release, Returning Home:

Jo Ellen Baker slammed the tailgate of her pickup shut.

    Have a great weekend!

  2. Happy Friday! My first line is from Magnolia Storms by Janet Ferguson:
“Fear and loss snaked around Magnolia Marovich’s heart like they always did when she studied the satellite images on the three computer screens in front of her. Not again.”

    1. I've been hearing about this book a lot lately, will have to check it out.

  3. This looks really good!

I'm featuring "All This Time" by Melissa Tagg on the blog today, but for here, I'll share my first line from Hometown Girl by Courtney Walsh. It's one of the three books I'm currently reading and I'm loving it so far.

    "Beth Whitaker hated flowers."

    Happy Weekend!

    1. I can't wait to read Hometown Girl. Glad to hear you are enjoying it so far.
