My Rating & Thoughts:    ⭐⭐⭐⭐

4 year old Fiona knocks on Vera's door looking for help for her mom. This one moment leads to Vera making friends in town and a quilt project. I enjoyed little Fiona and her outlook on life and how she responded to the adults around her. A child's outlook can put things into perspective for adults at times. I enjoyed that the story encompassed characters from a wide age range. I enjoy seeing different generations interact. This was a really sweet story focusing friendship and found family.
